The A-series Air Feed Ozone Generator is ready to use, compact, low cost, ozone generator suited for small ozone requirements of up to 20 gm/hr. It comes with inbuilt oil free compressor, provides ozone gas, by just giving power connection to it. No other additional connections are required, just plug and play system, simple to install and easy to operate.

Product Overview
The A-series Air Feed Ozone Generators uses our patented High Voltage, High Frequency Corona Discharge technology for ozone production. It is built on a GRP fiberglass / MS enclosure that is rugged, weather proof and static electricity safe. All the materials used inside the machine are highly compatible and resistant to ozone such as SS fittings, SS base plate and Teflon tubes for connections.
Air cooling by using highly efficient fans in specific designed areas allows for better heat dissipation thereby increasing the overall efficiency and life.

Working Principle
The Ozone generator is an electronic system which converts oxygen into ozone using the principle of corona discharge technology. High voltage electric supply applied into the ozone generator provides the energy required to form electrical arcs known as corona discharge inside the patented corona cells. These corona discharge splits the oxygen molecules into Oxygen atoms which recombine to form Ozone.
The produced ozone is then used for water and air treatment. Ozone is produced by Ozone Generator on-site and it is completely safe for the disinfection process.

We are confident enough on our technology and warranty covers for core materials like compressor and ozone electrodes comes for longevity. We recommend you to clean the fans filters and entire machine at least once in a month and replace the ozone power board and electrodes on a timely basis.
