The State of the Art L-series Oxygen Feed Ozone Generator is designed for high performance to work with external oxygen or dry air as feed gas to produce ozone. It is most ideal for industrial applications where higher ozone concentration required of up to 300 gm/hr. Product Overview
The L-series Oxygen Feed Ozone Generators produce up to 300 gm/hr ozone by just power connection to it. It works with our patented High Voltage, High Frequency Corona Discharge technology for ozone production from the external oxygen or dry air as feed gas. It has very good life on ozone cells compared with air feed ozone generators because of moisture free dry oxygen. We also supply suitable high purity industrial oxygen concentrators needed for the L-series.
It is built on GRP / MS enclosure for for rugged, weather proof and static electricity safe.

Working Principle
The ozone generator is an electronic system which converts oxygen into ozone using the principle of corona discharge technology. High voltage electric supply applied into the ozone generator provides the energy required to form electrical arcs known as corona discharge inside the patented corona cells. These corona discharge splits the oxygen molecules into oxygen atoms which recombine to form ozone.
The produced ozone is then used for water and air treatment. Ozone is produced by ozone generator on-site and it is completely safe for the disinfection process.

Our Ozone Generator are robust and reliable which offer a no-hassle 1 year warranty. We are confident enough on our technology and warranty covers for core materials like ozone electrodes and PCB comes for longevity. We recommend you to clean the fans filters and entire machine at least once in a month and replace the ozone power board and electrodes on a timely basis.

Ozone is not stored in bulk anywhere rather ozone gas is produced by ozone generator on your site, which is very safe and environmentally friendly. Ozone is not flammable or explosive, as it has a very short life, which treats and decomposes back to oxygen.
