Micrprocessor based operaiton to perform functions of oxygen concentrator that accepts digital signals as the input source and processes it according to instructions stored in the microprocessor and provides results as output. It is very versatile and can be programmed to execute a number of tasks fastly.
We use oil-free air compressors to achieve highest air purity standards. It is less expensive, light weight, faster start, less noise, eliminates the risk of contamination and efficient, durable and low operating cost.
This compressor produces high quality clean output air which is suitable to generate oxygen output. This compressor is completely free from oil vapour and moisture.
Pressure sensor is used to detect inhalation, which then controls the regulator. It detect the low flow rate of breathing but can also withstand high overpressures.
Ultrasonic Oxygen sensor is used to detect the concentration and flow range being delivered by the device.
There are 3 air filtres - Primary air filter, Hepa filter and Bacterial filter. To produce oxygen, concentrator draws in ambient air through filtration process to produce clean air for oxygen generation.
Filters are used to capture VOCs, odours, large and small as 0.3 microns of dust, germs, bacteria and any particles. By cleaning filters frequently keeps the oxygen machine running well all the time and extends the product life.

Oxygen concentrator works on the basis of “PSA Technology” by taking in air and separates the oxygen and delivers it into a person through nasal cannula.
When your body can’t live without the oxygen you breathe in from the air and if you have lung disease or other medical conditions, you may not get enough of it. That can leave you short of breathe at that time oxygen concentrator may required to get a propose breathing function.
Our oxygen concentrator is simple to manage as it looks. All that is required is that the primary air filter has to be cleaned at least once in 2 weeks and replace it in every 6 months. Hepa filter has to be monitor at least monthly and replace once it exceed the life time of 2000 hours.
The life of the zeolite crystals can be expected to be at least 20,000 hours which in most situations would give about 10 years use.
Warranty for OxyMo oxygen concentrator is 2 years.
There are 3 oxygen purity indicators. Green indicator is Normal, Yellow indicator is Low, Red indicator is Very Low and the low oxygen purity alarm is for safety precautions.
