Product Overview
The M-series Oxygen Integrated Ozone Generators produce up to 200 gm/hr ozone. It generates high concentration ozone from the inbuilt oxygen concentrator, lesser the oxygen feed needed and better the dissolved ozone efficiency.
The control panel shows and allows to keep track of all the operational parameters needed for day to day monitoring such as voltage/current meter, ozone status lamp, hours meter, pressure gauge, oxygen flow meter, variable ozone output knob, on/off switch, emergency shut down switch, over current and over temperature protection.

Working Principle
The ozone generator is an electronic system which converts oxygen into ozone using the principle of corona discharge technology. High voltage electric supply applied into the ozone generator provides the energy required to form electrical arcs known as corona discharge inside the patented corona cells. These corona discharge splits the oxygen molecules into oxygen atoms which recombine to form ozone.
The produced ozone is then used for water and air treatment. Ozone is produced by ozone generator on-site and it is completely safe for the disinfection process.

We are confident enough on our technology and warranty covers for core materials like ozone electrodes and PCB comes for longevity. We recommend you to clean the fans filters and entire machine at least once in a month and replace the ozone power board and electrodes on a timely basis.

Ozone is not stored in bulk anywhere rather ozone gas is produced by ozone generator on your site, which is very safe and environmentally friendly. Ozone is not flammable or explosive, as it has a very short life, which treats and decomposes back to oxygen.
